You are a rich man if you are healthy . Tell me, what is the most important thing in life except being healthy . If you are sick , that would dramatically reduce the quality of you life . Only you and you alone are responsible for your own health . To become healthy has nothing to do with luck or fate . It depends entirely on your attitude . If you want to become healthy , you have to follow a healthy lifestyle . There is no shortcut to become healthy . You cannot eat animal products everyday and then expect to become healthy in the long run . If you eat a chicken burger , that would probably not make you sick . But if you eat a chicken burger regularly for many years , you would mostly ended up being sick or tired most of the time .
So ... do you want to become healthy or sick ? That is a choice that you have to make .

Milk is bad for health
I know most of you don't believe me when I say that milk is very bad for our health . That's because you have been brainwashed by the milk industry . Everyday you watch the milk advertisement on TV . Can't blame the milk industry because they have products to sell and profits to be made . They say that humans need a good amount of calcium everyday to avoid disease like osteoporosis and milk contain a good amount of calcium . If this is true , how come Americans are some of the highest rate of osteoporosis in the world . Americans are some of the world's highest milk consumers yet their rate of osteoporosis are one of the highest too . Something is definitely not right .

Mengubati barah
Cara mengubati barah secara alternatif. Boleh juga di guna kan untuk penyakit kronik lain.
1. Selalu minum air kosong . Untuk memasti kan air dalam badan sentiasa cukup, lihatlah warna air kencing. Sepatut nya jernih. Kencing berwarna kuning bermakna kurang air dalam badan.
2. Elak kan minum teh, kopi, milo, air gas seperti coca cola, pepsi, 7UP dan sebagai nya .
3. Tidur sebelum pukul 10 malam. Jangan tidur di siang hari . Jikalau anda suka tidur di siang hari, sukar untuk anda tidur lena di malam hari . Proses untuk sembuh hanya bermula semasa anda tidur di malam hari. Tidur yang panjang tanpa gangguan di malam hari adalah sangat penting untuk proses sembuh . Bangun lah di awal pagi semasa matahari hendak terbit, lebih kurang pukul 7 pagi setiap hari . Jangan tidur selepas bangun pagi walau pun sebentar sehingga waktu tidur malam menjelma .
4. Elak kan berada di bilik berhawa dingin kerana hawa dingin membuat kita kurang minum air. Udara segar juga sangat kurang di bilik berhawa dingin. Buka lah tingkap supaya udara segar masuk kedalam rumah .
5. Jemur di bawah cahaya matahari se kurang-kurang 15 minit setiap hari.
6. Elak kan makan makanan dari binatang seperti daging, ayam, ikan, telur dan susu.
7. Banyak makan buah-buahan dan sayuran berdaun hijau seperti sawi, bayam, ulam, pucuk ubi dan sebagai nya.
8. Mulakan program senaman seperti berjalan kaki sekurang kurang nya 20 minit, 4 kali se minggu.
9. Bersih kan hati, Selalu mengucap syukur dan terima kasih dengan Tuhan terhadap nikmat yang telah Tuhan berikan . Jangan berdendam. Maafkan kesalahan orang terhadap diri kita.
Kalau penyakit barah sudah berada di peringkat terakhir dan didalam keadaan sedang nazak dimana doktor di hospital suruh pesakit pulang saja, masih boleh di ubati dengan minum satu gelas air kosong di campur sedikit garam laut ( suku sudu teh ) setiap hari . Garam Laut mengandungi lebih 100 bahan mineral yang di perlukan oleh tubuh manusia .

Untuk pesakit asma
Tip untuk pesakit asma. Jikalau anda di serang asma cuba guna kaedah yang mudah ini. Minum satu gelas penuh air kosong. Tunggu 5 minit ...kemudian minum lagi satu gelas penuh air kosong . Serangan asma selalu nya terjadi apabila badan anda kekurangan air .

Introduction
Since I was small, I was sick many times so a few years ago I began to do research on my own regarding health issues. Why do people get sick ? Why do people get cancer ? Why most of the cancer patients dies although they go through modern cancer treatments ? Why ? Hence I started a journey ...
Due to my research, I am now a vegan. I do not eat animal products like red meat, fish, chicken, eggs and milk. I drink lots of plain water regularly. I also don't drink coffee, tea, milo etc . I do exercise regularly like walking .
From my research, I have to say that modern conventional treatments do not work, in fact some of them are dangerous. Ask yourself these questions . Do drugs really cure diseases ? What would happen to the medical industry if more people become healthy ? Why do some people get sick easily while others seem to be healthy all the time ? Is it because of luck, fate or what ?
I may not have a lot of money but I am rich because I am healthy. What is more important in life than being healthy ? When you're healthy, you're happy.
